528 Hz should be the frequency that regenerates the cells.
You can also choose any other frequency or import music.
The jack plug from the adapter then comes into the MP3 player and the clamps on zinc and coated copper plate.
Beware of "humming" USB power supplies for the player, before listening, the sound must be clear.
