4. Cash upon pickup.

For orders placed in both shops (Plasmahexe Shop, Plasmataki Shop), shipping costs are only charged once, and the address only needs to be entered in one of the two shops.

Shipping options:

-Free for healing pads. (simple envelope).

-Within Germany Hermes parcel 5.00 EUR.

-International: very complicated. IMPORTANT. I have not taken the trouble to configure the module, so shipping abroad is by arrangement.

Via DHL worldwide, it costs about 10 to 30 EUR. The invoice will initially show a flat rate of 20 EUR.

It is best to wait for my further email confirming that the order is being processed before making the transfer. This should arrive one to two days after the order. Or just check the DHL website yourself, cheeky grin.

If the transfer amount was not appropriate, the customer can make an additional transfer or decide how to proceed with any surplus: as a donation, credit, or return transfer.
