Right of withdrawal

Exchange of the goods can only be made if the goods have not been damaged.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. Our sales prices are calculated so low, that this is simply not financially intended.
Also it can happen in exceptional cases that it is not possible to pay back transfer fees, e.g. possible Paypal fees, etc. (luckily this has not happened yet).
As long as the goods have not been sent, you can cancel the purchase at any time, usually it is not necessary to fill out the following form.
